Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project 1: E-Learning series for Federal and State requirements related to Parent and Family Engagement (PFE) Lead Office: Office of Grant Compliance Vendor will convert existing training materials related to Parent/Family Engagement to e-learning modules as part of a learning series / course for use in the District’s Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone. Deliverables: • Facilitation related to stakeholder feedback on developed materials (storyboards and scripts) for course content. • Four 10-minute e-learning modules o Storyboard / Script for each module o Graphic design for course visuals (may include some animation) o Course Narration o Embedded assessment / knowledge checks o System compatible for development of module and deployment to LMS • Change Management support related to new course roll out and realigning staff training expectations Sources of information: • Existing PowerPoint Presentations used to provide annual staff training • Previously obtained parent / guardian feedback • District Staff Knowledge sharing • Compiled research on best practices • Regulatory guidance from state and federal agencies. Project 2: Interactive Educational Video for School Community Stakeholders Vendor selected will design and produce a stand-alone educational video to provide stakeholders (parents, community partners, business owners, general public) with critical information about the fundamentals of federal funding and school finance. This learning module will be a crucial element of the District’s strategy for meeting the ongoing consultation requirements the Annual Consolidated Application for Federal Funds. Lead Office: Office of Federal Programs Deliverables: • One 10-15 minute mp4 video o Storyboard / Script for each module o Graphic design for visuals, to include some animation o Video Narration o Accompanying transcript of produced video to be posted to the District’s public webpage • Development accompanying educational resources including infographics for public consumption • Development of banners, graphics, and/or other callouts, consistent with the District’s branding guidelines, for advertising on the District’s website • Facilitation related to staff / leadership feedback on developed materials for course content.
