Specifications include, but are not limited to: The PLCB is seeking a viable solution to strengthen customer service through a retail Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program. The PLCB is interested in a technological solution that will create a unique customer identifier to link customers who opt-in with all touch points of engagement with PLCB, including, but not limited to, accessing the Fine Wine and Good Spirits website, various social media sites, PLCB events, and their retail transaction history and will: 1. Capture participating customers preferences and shopping history in order to: a. Send electronic notifications of sale and regular items that match taste profiles or previous purchasing history. b. Offer invitations to tastings, celebrity bottle signings, and other events near the customer s geographic location. c. Assist customers during their in-store shopping experience by recommending new or additional products, or sending notifications when new products arrive in stores. d. Provide customers with their purchase history and allow them to rate the products purchased. e. Promote manufacturer coupons. f. GIS mapping of customer trends. g. Other new and innovative solutions for interfacing with and serving customers
