Chester County Department of Children, Youth and Families (hereafter referred to as “CYF” singularly) and Juvenile Probation Office (hereafter referred to as “JPO” singularly), (hereafter referred to as the “County” when both combined), is seeking proposals from qualified service providers (hereafter referred to as “Provider”) who may be interested in applying for funds to provide a Quality Assurance Consultant team to support the CYF and JPO Quality Assurance Units (hereafter referred to as “QA”) as well as the CYF Administration’s Recruitment/Retention team (hereafter referred to as “RR”) of the County department. The team consists of the following full-time positions: one Quality Assurance Consultant Supervisor, one Quality Assurance Consultant Program Analyst, four CYF Quality Assurance Consultants, one JPO Quality Assurance Consultant and one Administration Recruitment and Retention Consultant for a total of eight positions
