Provide "as needed" Construction Management Support Services staff. The support staff may be responsible for, but not limited to: assisting the PennDOT Assistant Construction Engineer in the administration of the construction contract; invoicing and administration of the Construction Management contract (CM); provide claims avoidance evaluations; preparing all documents for and be the main presenter in Claim Review Committee meetings; preparing correspondence for the Department; overseeing the documentation control system; preparing supplements for specialty sub-consultants; coordinating the work of all sub-consultants under the CM agreement; implement a Project Control System to document/monitor/evaluate and resolve field construction problems; develop/monitor/maintain a master project CPM schedule; monitor/maintain the contractor's CPM schedule; Prepare/distribute construction summary reports; conduct regular progress meetings; attend scheduled pre-bid & pre-construction meetings; review cost estimates; coordinate value engineering efforts; evaluate change orders; coordinate/participate in community relations; establish/coordinate necessary communication between all parties; take pre-construction photos/videos & progress photos; monitor environmental issues including but not limited to: noise complaints, borrow/waste site locations, air/water quality, and vibration complaints;
