Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Security services for the protection of all Authority residents, employees, customers, invitees, management personnel and other assets in or on the development sites (as identified below) against any criminal activity including but not limited to vandalism, theft, trespass, fire, bodily harm and other events detrimental to the security of such individuals, assets or property in any of the following locations: 1. Addison Terrace, 2136 Elmore Square, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 2. Arlington Heights, 3123 Cordell Place, Pittsburgh PA 15210 3. Allegheny Dwellings, 1702 Belleau Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 4. Bedford Dwellings, 2305 Bedford Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15219 5. Glen Hazel Family Community, 945 Roselle Court, Pittsburgh PA 15207 6. Homewood North, 10 Albertice Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15208 (this site to be shared with Hamilton-Larimer, 6200 blocks of Auburn and Carver St. Pittsburgh, PA 15206 7. Northview Heights Family Community, 533 Mt. Pleasant Road, Pittsburgh PA 15233 B. Provide armed Constables to patrol each of the HACPs seven (7) family communities. Contractor will provide Constable service each day for three hundred sixty five (365) days of the year at each of the seven (7) HACP family communities. Two (2) Constables shall work simultaneously on each shift. Patrols will consist of cars, canine (if applicable), and foot patrols.
