Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals, conduct a fair evaluation based on the prescribed criteria, and select the Vendor who is the best fit for the project. The District reserves the right to award contract(s) as it sees fit. It is anticipated that the agreement between the District and the successful Vendor will encompass all of the work described herein, with a delivery date of April 2026. The contract would be awarded and executed in December of 2025. The term would begin upon full execution of an agreement between the District and the Vendor. Scope This RFP contains instructions concerning Proposals to be submitted and services to be provided by the selected Vendor; requirements that must be met to be eligible for consideration; general evaluation criteria; and other requirements that must be met by each Proposer. The Section titled “Scope of Work” details the services and products to be provided under this RFP and subsequent agreement. Vendors are required to review and abide by all terms of the RFP.
