Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Montgomery (County) is seeking proposals from housing and communitydevelopment consultants for the provision of technical assistance relating to federal, state, andcounty community development programs. The selected consulting firm will provide technicalassistance in the areas of: annual action plans, performance reports, national objective andeligibility determinations, sub-recipient/CHDO agreements, CHDO certification and capacitybuilding, environmental review records, procurement and contracting, labor compliance, subsidylayering analyses of housing development projects, project feasibility analyses and other areas ofregulatory compliance as necessary.
