Specifications include, but are not limited to: CITYWIDE ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM. Obtaining budgetary pricing and vendorand product information related to the procurement and implementation of a fullyintegrated, citywide, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The business objectives for this project are:·Make information easily and broadly available.·Allow the use of best business practices.·Easily train new employees.·Implement systems that are user friendly to all levels of users.·Support or compliment the City's desired technical architecture.·Integrate information from multiple city systems.·Strengthen operational effectiveness and efficiencies.·Expedite internal approvals (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, permitapplications, etc.).·Provide audit trails. The goal of this project is to replace the current finance system with a fullyintegrated, citywide, ERP System for the City. The City will be most interested in"turn-key" solutions from Contractors offering the best possible solution at ahighly competitive price, with a project methodology that effectively demonstratesminimal risk to the City. A "win-win" business relationship is highly desirable andthe City will be most interested in proposals from Contractors that demonstratethis approach in their response to this RFI
