The Municipality of Norristown (Montgomery County, Pennsylvania) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the City Camera Project – Phase 2, an expansion of the Municipality’s public safety camera network. This project is funded by a Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP) grant awarded through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) to enhance community safety and deter violence. The selected contractor will enter into a lump sum, fixed-scope contract to furnish and install security camera equipment at designated locations in Norristown, integrating with the Municipality’s existing Genetec Security Center Video Management System (VMS).
