Pick up of Un-finished Materials: Contactor must sign for un-finished materials picked up and verified by SCI Phoenix supervisor, foreman, or manager. Return of Finished Materials: All finished materials must be returned within four (4) weeks of pickup. SCI Phoenix will weigh all the materials and conduct spot check on all returned materials. All returned materials are subject to SCI Phoenix supervisor and foreman’s inspections.
