The SR 2004 Section MTM project includes the widening of SR 2004 to include a new eastbound right turn lane at the intersection with SR 2015 and traffic signal modifications; widening of SR 2004 to include a new eastbound right turn lane and new westbound left turn lane at the new intersection with Commonwealth Drive (entrance to CenterPoint South) with new traffic signal; and reconstruction of Commonwealth Drive with a 900 foot cul-de-sac local access road including drainage improvements, curb, sidewalk, roadway widening with mill and overlay. All maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) will be completed in accordance with the special provisions of the contract and will consist of staged construction with short-term traffic patterns.
