Philadelphia City Council is seeking qualified vendors to provide catering services for Councilsponsored constituent outreach events during the 2025–2026 contract year. Services will support a variety of community programs, resource fairs, meetings, and special events, with attendance ranging from 50 to 1,000 guests. The selected vendor(s) will be expected to furnish high-quality food and service across multiple categories: • Full-service catering (staffed) • Drop-off catering (un-staffed) • Boxed lunches • À la Carte items (fruit, vegetable, deli, breakfast, sandwich trays) Menu must always include vegetarian and/or vegan options, and no pork or pork by-products will be used in any food, seasoning, or ingredient. Council anticipates hosting 10–36 events annually (approximately 2–3 per month), on weekdays and weekends, during daytime and evening hours. Pricing should be quoted on a per-person or per-tray basis and include all required disposables, service equipment, and labor where applicable.
