Full-Service Catering • Includes staffing for set-up, on-site service, and clean-up. • Buffet or plated service; food delivered and set up no later than 120 minutes prior to the event start. • Must include all disposables or China/glassware/linens/decor as specified. • Menu must include: • Two (2) entrée options (chicken, beef, seafood, or turkey). • One (1) vegetarian/vegan entrée. • No pork or pork by-products. • Fresh salad/vegetable side, starch, bread/rolls, beverage, dessert. • Supporting service items (utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, racks, fuel). 2. Drop-Off Catering Service • Hot/cold food delivered and set up no later than 120 minutes prior to event start. • No staff required for service. • Must include disposable trays, utensils, napkins, condiments. 3. Boxed Lunches • Individually packaged meals (sandwiches, wraps, or salads) with beverage and dessert. • Clearly labeled with entrée type/dietary designation. • Must include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. • No pork or pork by-products.
