General Scope: Work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and all incidental appurtenances, accessories, fixtures and hardware necessary for proper completion of the following scope of work: finish grading; installation of splash pad fixtures, plumbing, and wiring; installation of splash pad mechanical room equipment and accompanying site features; connections to utilities on site and/or within building; subbase preparation and pouring/placement/finishing of splash pad concrete surface and 5’ spray free concrete area around splash pad; and other work associated with the construction and operation of the splash pad to produce a complete and properly operating splash pad.
