This Invitation for Bids (IFB) provides interested suppliers with sufficient information to prepare and submit bids for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (State System) to provide West Chester University of Pennsylvania (WCU, University) with cost effective, as needed (“on call”) window cleaning and high surface dusting services for facilities on our main campus. This contract covers maintenance and restoration window cleaning (interior partitions included when requested) and high surface dusting (HSD) of elevated architectural/mechanical elements. Work is ordered as required; no minimum quantity or frequency is guaranteed. The services of a qualified offeror to provide The State System is requesting firm, fixed pricing for year (1) of the five (5) contract.
