Specifications include, but are not limited to: design and realize a pavement mural to be located at a new spray park at Chartiers Park in Pittsburgh’s Chartiers neighborhood. The site is a neighborhood spray park and the pavement mural design should be appropriate for its use as an all-ages community space, with an emphasis on the activity of children.; The spray park mural area is approximately 3,000 square feet. The selected applicant will be expected to create a design that utilizes the full mural area. This area has been determined during project planning and will not be altered in size or shape. Water play features will be present as indicated in the visual renderings in Appendix A. The eventual pavement mural design should reflect the shape of the area to be painted, and also take into consideration the overall color scheme and placement of the equipment;
