The work included under this Project consists of replacing existing asphalt shingle roofs for six (6) residence halls at the California Campus of PennWest University. • Guesman Hall: 450 Burds Way, California, PA 15419 • Residence Hall E: 746 3rd Street, California, PA 15419 • Johnson Hall: 807 3rd Street, California, PA 15419 • Residence Hall B: 420 Hickory Street, California, PA 15419 • Carter Hall: 407 Hickory Street, California, PA 15419 • Smith Hall: 429 Park Street, California, PA 15419 Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all Construction to the satisfaction of the University, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.
