The Chester County Department of Children, Youth and Families (CYF) and the Juvenile Probation Department (JPO) (collectively referred to herein as the Departments) are seeking proposals from qualified service provider(s) (herein referred to as Provider) with experience providing a variety of services to youth and families. The Department is looking for a provider willing to provide community-based programming described in the scope of work below. We anticipate these services will begin July 1, 2025, and continue through June 30, 2030. The initial contract will cover the first two fiscal years. The Departments plan to fund these services in subsequent years, but future contracts are dependent on continued funding from the state and performance of the provider. Services should include the provision of assessment, service planning, monitoring, coordination of services, and all required documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and agency policies. These services should be provided in coordination with Department staff, purchased service providers, the Court, and any other members of the family’s System of Care, ensuring that services are held at times and places that are convenient for the families, which may include evenings or weekends.
