Through this RFP, the Department of Licenses & Inspections ISC, The Technical Training & Development unit is seeking the services of an educational provider to develop and present to the department’s internal staff training aimed at enhancing interpersonal and professional skills. These skills shall include but not be limited to effective communications, teamwork emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. The department oversees the issuance of Licenses and Permits for construction activity. The educational trainings needed will provide the communication skills necessary to significantly improve customer services to the citizens, residents and those who engage with the department seeking regulatory approvals. The workshops shall provide a public sector approach to the customer service needs.
