Specifications include, but are not limited to: This scope of services is intended to provide fair housing services providers with ageneral description of the different areas in which services must be provided. To beresponsive, a proposal must include a scope of services which provides a description ofthe services to be provided and monthly or quarterly benchmarks that allowperformance to be measured in each category discussed below. The description ofservices must include quantities of service and timelines for delivery. All services mustbe delivered primarily in the City of Palmdale, and secondarily, where appropriate, in theAntelope Valley. Representation at fairs and conferences outside the City of Palmdale,and advertising in newspapers outside the Antelope Valley will not be consideredresponsive and shall be grounds for terminating any service contract
