The Department of Commerce seeks advertising campaigns for the following programs and services: Target Audience: Philadelphia small businesses Purpose: Call to Action to contact, attend, or apply • Mayor’s Business Action Team (MBAT) Hotline and Events. o MBAT provides personalized assistance in multiple languages to entrepreneurs for all aspects of doing business in Philadelphia • Department of Commerce financial support programs, which include the Storefront Improvement Program, Business Security Camera Program, Quality Jobs Program, and Catalyst. o It should be noted that the number of grants available under these programs is expanding starting July 1, 2025. • Free tax preparation services for Philadelphia businesses making $250,000 or less in revenue • An online resource hub for businesses o Currently in development to launch fall 2025 • Other programs as needed by the Department of Commerce Purpose: Awareness • Nighttime economy initiatives • Creative economy initiatives • Taking Care of Business Clean Corridors program • Other programs as needed by the Department of Commerce
