Project Management • Planning and overseeing multi-disciplinary projects with clear timelines and budgets. • Tracking and reporting performance metrics. • Managing risks and maintaining transparent stakeholder communication. • Designing and implementing initiatives with or on behalf of Commerce. • Coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring alignment with Commerce’s strategic goals. 3. Event Planning & Management • Organizing small and large-scale retail, arts, food, education and community events, including forums, popups, festivals, and markets. • Managing logistics, vendor recruitment, communication and coordination, and on-site operations. • Supporting commercial corridor activation through cultural and business-oriented strategies and events.
