The maximum straight time hourly payroll rate for each specific Department Payroll Classification as of July 1, 2025 is as follows: 1. Transportation Construction Manager: TCM-2 $45.11, TCM-1 $39.56 2. Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor: TCIS-2 $37.02, TCIS-1 $35.38 3. Transportation Construction Inspector: TCI-3 $32.38, TCI-2 $31.04, TCI-1 $29.65 4. Transportation Assistant: TA-2 $24.97, TA-1 $21.22 5. Coatings Inspector: CI-3 $49.21, CI-2 $41.33, CI-1 $30.34 Work Task The firm selected may be required to attend a pre-construction conference with the Department and the construction contractor for this project. Under the supervision and direction of the Department the selected firm will be required to keep records and document the construction work, prepare current and final estimates for payment to the construction contractor, assist the Department in obtaining compliance with the labor standards safety and accident prevention and equal opportunity provisions of the contract item. The selected firm may also be required to perform other duties as needed.
