Provider shall manage and oversee the full CDL Program Instruction and Testing to include: 1. Provider shall supply the curriculum, materials and/or supplies required to conduct the CDL Program instruction and testing to include all necessary trucks and equipment. 2. Provider shall provide experienced personnel with all requisite licenses to instruct in an approved CDL Program. 3. Provider shall comply with all College policies and procedures. 4. Provider shall comply with all Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and any other relevant agencies overseeing CDL Programs. 5. Provider shall offer both Monday through Friday and Weekend program options for CDL instruction and testing. 6. Provider shall provide CDL Program instruction and testing at Luzerne County Community College’s Public Safety Training Institute (PSTI) classrooms and driving range. 7. Provider shall provide CDL program instruction on Class A, Class B with passenger endorsement, and Hazardous Materials endorsement. 8. Provider shall provide instruction for a CDL Finishing Program. 9. Provider shall have experience in operating more than one training center and shall have access to a training call center with seven-day access. 10. Provider shall work with LCCC to attain designation as a third-party testing site. 11. Provider shall have the ability to provide training on manual equipment.
