1.1 Furnish and deliver all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to completely furnish, deliver and install all carpet and flooring materials, as specified herein, for the Cedar View Apartments, 4230 Dorney Park Road, Allentown PA 18104 on an "as needed" basis. 1.2 Areas to be carpeted are individual apartments. Floors to be replaced are individual kitchens and bathrooms within apartments. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to take all measurements and indicate quantities needed for each area on the attached Bid Form. 1.3 Carpet shall be installed using direct glue down method. 1.4 Vendor shall be responsible for removal of old materials prior to installation of new carpet or bathroom floors. The new tiled kitchen flooring will be applied over the existing tiles and will not involve product removal, only replacement of loose tiles prior to being covered over. 1.5 This bid request will result in a Blanket Purchase Order(s) issued by the Chief Procurement Officer. Orders will be placed on an “as needed” basis.
