Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PCDIC seeks Business Consultants to provide workshops and professional management and technical assistance services in one or more of the categories described in this section. Services provided include, but are not limited to, those identified under each category heading. 1. General Business • Develop new or revise existing business plans • Develop new or revise existing business risk assessments • Assess and recommend changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal management and operational reporting systems and procedures 2. Accounting • Assess adequacy of client’s accounting system, break-even analysis, management capabilities and recommend improvements • Prepare detailed financial information and other business reports to support the clients external business financing requirements. PCDIC is seeking Business Consultants, Business Coaches and Instructors to carry out theresponsibilities outlined in sections A, B and C below. The Instructors, Business Consultants and theBusiness Coaches will be contractors with PCDIC and must have a minimum of five (5) yearsexperience in the respective areas.A.
