Specifications include, but are not limited to: The county of Berks, a municipal corporation with its principal office in reading, Pennsylvania is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from professional firms that are results oriented, customer focused organizations that can provide Business Services in partnerships wit the One Stop Operator of the Pennsylvania CareerLink Berks County has further detailed in the specifications of this RFP. If the County elects to make am award to prosper in connection with the services, the proposed form of the agreement and general conditions included as attachment A to this RFP as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the county and the successful prosper.
