Scope of Services: Spend 1-5 hours evaluating front-line "Research Disclosures in consultant'stechnical/scientific/business area of expertise, and provide a short written review containing: 1) Possiblecommercial applications for the technology, 2) Potential Licensees or Venture Capital Partnersparticularly those that are lesser known (including contact information), 3) Possible research directorsfor the UofL researcher to pursue in order to add the maximum commercial value (i.e.: Specific clinicaltests, additional data sets (on proposed or potential applications), a specific prototype being built, etc)),and 4) A recommendation on the viability of the technology, and 5) Valuation of Intellectual Property(helpful but not required).
