Lackawanna County Government Center, 5th floor Commissioners Conference Room, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 to the Lackawanna County Information Technology Data Center, 5th floor 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 Installation includes 1 (one) 24 strand mode fiber from the 5th Floor Commissioner Conference Room to the 5th Floor Information Technology Data Center. 3. Lackawanna County Government Center, 6th Floor Radio Room Penthouse,123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 to the Lackawanna County Government Center, 5th Floor Lackawanna County Information Technology Data Center, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503. Installation includes 1 (one) 24 strand single mode fiber from the 6th Floor Radio Room Penthouse to the 5th Floor Information Technology Data Center. 4. Lackawanna County Courthouse, 200 N. Washington Avenue, Courtrooms 2nd and 3rd Floors, Scranton, PA 18503 to Horizon IDF to Lackawanna County IDF. Installation includes 6 (six) 24 strand single mode fiber from each of the 6 courtrooms (4 on 2nd Floor and 2 on 3rd Floor) running from the Horizon IDF within the Courtrooms to the County IDF on the 4th floor. 5. Lackawanna County Criminal Justice Center, 1360 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509 from the Horizon IDF within the Courtrooms to the County MDF on the other side of the building. Installation includes 2 (two) 24 strand single mode fiber running from each of the courtrooms with the facility. 6.
