Lackawanna County Government Center (LCGC), 123 Wyoming Avenue, 5 th Floor, Scranton, PA 18505 to the Lackawanna County Center for Public Safety, Data Center, 30 Valley View Drive, Jessup, PA 18434 Work includes installing 2 (two) 24 strand single mode county owned fiber from the LCGC to the Public Safety Building Data Center.; 2. Lackawanna County Government Center (LCGC), 123 Wyoming Avenue, 5th Floor, Scranton, PA 18505 to the Lackawanna County Rack in the shelter at WNEP Tower Site of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network Work includes installing 1(one) 24 strand single mode county owned fiber from the LCGC to the county rack at the shelter at WNEP Tower site of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network (WNEP Lat 41°27'58.76"N Lon 75°41'8.06"W).; 3. Lackawanna County Government Center (LCGC), 123 Wyoming Avenue, 5th Floor, Scranton, PA 18505 to the Lackawanna County Rack in the shelter at Pinnacle Tower Site of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network Work includes installing 1(one) 24 strand single mode county owned fiber from the LCGC to the county rack at the shelter at Pinnacle Tower site of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network (Pinnacle Lat 41°25'36.39"N Lon 75°44'51.99"W). For items 1 thru 3, there shall be junctions approximately 1-2 miles of fiber monitoring.; 4. Abington Senior Center, 1151 Winola Road, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 to the Pennsylvania American Water Tower Site, an expansion point for the Lackawanna County Wireless Network. Work includes installing 1(one) 24 strand single mode county owned fiber from the Abington Senior Center to the Pennsylvania American Water Tower site an expansion point of the Lackawanna County Wireless Network (PAWC Tower Lat 41°28'49.68"N Lon 75°45'3.74"W). For Item 4, there should be junctions approximately a half mile for monitoring
