The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in ELK COUNTY, RIDGWAY TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 0948, SECTION A02. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 0948 from Segment 0340/Offset 1893 to Segment 0350/Offset 0599 in Elk County over Little Mill Creek. For replacement of the existing structure, a single-span I-beam bridge with a Single-Span P/S Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge. Roadway construction includes Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder, and wearing courses, guide rail, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction for a total construction length of approximately 905 linear feet (0.17 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
