Amendment No. A0001 – Update 11/17/2025
This amendment to the solicitation is to attach the Question and Answers document with the Government's responses to all questions received before November 17, 2025, 11:00am ET deadline.
The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS) is seeking to provide The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) with Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) Lines to facilitate the use of fax machines within the facilities located in Boyers and East Butler, Pennsylvania. The contractor will be required to provide and maintain 23 POTS lines that‘s currently in use at the facilities. The contractor must be an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) and must have direct ownership of facilities. These POTS lines are vital to communicate and conduct business with OPM’s customers and partner agencies.
