Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification provides for semi-annual maintenance/inspections emergency service, annual cleaning (end of season), efficiency testing, monthly safety inspection of all associated operating controls, and repair of deficient parts, valves, etc. on an as needed basis. This includes any component directly or indirectly involved with the boiler operation. Semi-annual inspections to be performed in November and February during the life of the contract. The seller shall also be required to supply twenty-four (24) hour emergency repair service. Under any emergency condition, the seller shall report to the job site within four (4) hours after being notified by the City of Philadelphia. EMERGENCY SERVICE WORK HOURS; Monday - Friday 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM; Saturday, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM; Sunday and Holidays, 12:00 PM-12:00 AM. (Holidays to include: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas).
