Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Philadelphia (the "City"), by and through Philadelphia Parks & Recreation ("the Department"), owns and operates an open outdoor amphitheater known as the Dell Music Center, formerly known as the Robin Hood Dell East (the "Dell"). The Dell is a community- service venue that provides citizens of Philadelphia with an opportunity to attend summer concerts, featuring widely renowned entertainers as well as local talent. The Dell, located at Ridge Avenue and Huntingdon Street, Philadelphia, PA., has a reserved seating capacity of 5,284 and 600 lawn spaces. The City will host an annual concert series at the Dell known as "Essence of Entertainment Summer Concert Series". Presently, the series consists of 8 to 10 shows, which will include a series of diverse music including, but not limited to, Gospel, Latin, Jazz, R&B, Country, Oldies Soul Classic, and Caribbean. The Department, at its' discretion, may add additional show/events throughout the concert season
