The CTO is looking to select one or more firms to serve as Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for the City's GO Bonds, Airport Bonds, PWD, PGW, and in other areas of public finance on an as-needed basis. Accordingly, the Applicant's RFP should clearly express which of the following service(s) the firm is responding to and specifically describe, in detail, how the Applicant will enable the Department to achieve its objectives. City GO Bonds and City Service Agreement Bonds • Select one or more firms to serve as Bond Counsel for the City's GO transactions which may include (but are not limited to) during the course of such service include the FY 2027-2031 GO Bonds, other taxed backed bonds, refunding bonds, Letters of Credit and renewals, as well as other capital market and investment-related advice. Bond transactions may be sold either on a competitive basis or a negotiated basis.
