Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for all projects will be defined by PGW. All services pursuant to a scope of work will be provided on a time and materials basis; based on the rates as outlined in the Pricing Matrix – Attached. Perform work on systems made safe by PGW. Contractor shall not be required to work on live gas or electrical and instrumentation systems in active operation. Work shall typically include, but is not limited to, repair, replace and install the following categories: Civil - Repair of concrete masonry units and brick structures, or metal structures. Perform exterior and interior repairs. Repair holding tanks, breeching, exhaust stacks, and other related structures. Repair floors, walkways, paved areas, and related work. Repair window and door openings; as well as, and any other points of egress; or opening to a facility (exterior or interior). This includes window replacement/s. Install, repair, and/or paint fencing. Exterior and interior walls, façade and other vertical structures. Piping - Repair various piping; including vessels and heat exchangers. Perform pressure tests on piping and equipment as required to meet all applicable codes and regulations. Remove and/or install piping components such as valves, fittings, filter, etc. Clear and flush out piping systems. Install and fabricate piping, including plastic, copper and steel, utilizing plastic primers and cements, soldering, brazing and welding. Welding must be done in accordance with approved procedures.
