1. Prepare and submit all necessary pre-construction documentation as outlined within the project Design Documents. 2. Outline individual construction tasks/milestones. 3. Coordinate all work with AASF. 4. Block off work areas with appropriate FOD-proof construction devices – horses, cones, barrels, etc. 5. Remove trench drain and excavate for new parking pads. Spoils to remain onsite in area to be designated. 6. Mill paving. Millings to be disposed of on site (road construction). 7. Construct parking pads. Patch pave. Resurface milled areas. 8. Construct millings roads. Dispose of excess milling in area to be designated. 9. Seal asphalt paving. 10. Paint. 11. Complete Punch Lists and Final Cleaning. 12. Provide all required closeout documentation and training per the Project Design Documents prior to deeming/granting the project complete.
