Replacement of existing storefront entrances and glazing, primarily at the north vestibule of the building. The vestibule will be expanded to the north and a new accessible entrance will be created. Concrete sidewalks around the north entrance will be removed and replaced. Other related work includes replacement of storefront entrances at the south and east entrances, installation of a solids interceptor at a sink in the printmaking studio, new trough sinks at the painting studio, and improvements to access control devices and head-end systems Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all Construction to the satisfaction of the University, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education.
