Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Provide telephone answering continuously from 4:15 pm to 7:45 am Monday through Friday; intermittently between 8:00 am and 4:15 pm Monday through Friday and continuously between 4:15 pm Friday through 7:45 am Monday. This schedule is subject to slight modification for holidays and HACP special events. •Become familiar with and understand the Authority’s emergency procedures. •Set up a community database with all relevant contact information including, but not limited to, utility companies, elevator service provider, all Authority employees identified the Authority. •Contact HACP’s emergency personnel for all call-outs. •Scan nightly call-outs to Facility Services offices no later than 7:30 am daily. •Proved a monthly breakdown of all services rendered to the HACP; example: fax and phone costs. •Maintain a permanently installed emergency electrical back-up system (Emergency Generator) with an auto-transfer switch in case of a disaster. It is critical that service be maintained during severe weather. •Emergency generator must be in a heated enclosure or protected by a block heater and have the capacity to run a minimum of (8) eight hours. •Generator must have an alarm and be tested weekly under load.
