Bids to be based upon truck delivery of the above chemicals to the Water Treatment Plant at 120 Hopewell Avenue, Aliquippa, except the one (1) ton Chlorine Cylinders and the 600 pounds of Chlorine - 150 pound cylinders which are to be delivered by truck to the Waste Water Treatment Plant at 130 North Beaver Avenue, West Aliquippa. State the bids for chlorine in terms of cost per cylinder and explain demurrage, deposits and any other associated costs. State the bids for Southern Rock Salt in terms of cost per ton and any other associated costs.
