The Parking Garage was constructed in 2004. The second-floor elevated deck is comprised of precast concrete “Double T” slabs. Due to elemental exposure, the deck and structural concrete components have deteriorated, primarily along the longitudinal joints and pour strips between adjacent spans and decks. This rehabilitation project will renew the longitudinal joints and pour strips and will address isolated cracking and spalling throughout the structure. A protective coating will also be applied to slab at grade and elevated surfaces to enhance surface durability. This Project is contingent upon obtaining all local, state and federal permits from all governmental agencies. If permitting is not obtained by the Owner, this Agreement can be terminated at the convenience of the Owner without any claims by Contractor for damages or costs.
