Ammon Park is an 8.08-acre site with recreational amenities including a pool, playground, basketball courts, baseball fields and concession stand and a recreational center. The selected Consultant’s Scope of Work will include the work outlined in the ‘Ammon Park Preferred Concept’ attachment. Design services are requested for the following: • Parking Lot Improvements o Create parking lot in rear portion of the site for approximately 40 spaces for park users, tournaments and camp events o Include lighting o • Basketball Court Renovations o Relocate courts per the “Ammon Park Preferred Concept”. Upgrades should include paving, color coating, fencing and lighting. • ADA Upgrades and Connections o Ensure site-wide accessibility and connectivity through pathways or switchbacks, as necessary o Include walking path around facilities for multi-generational use with consideration towards future connections to Bedford Dwellings Coal Seam Trail.
