American Flags: Must have 50 Stars, 13 Stripes, and made in the USA. Minimum Quantities are as follows: Luzerne County: 500 Gross Lackawanna County: 350 Gross Schuylkill County: 275 Gross Approx. Total: 1,125 Gross American Flags to be commercially sized 12” x 18” printed on heavy weight print cloth. Stitching to comply with federal specifications DDD-S-751. Stitch Type is 301 more popularly known as a lock stitch. The Flags are to be Concord MTD. 30” Natural Wood Staff x 3/8” Diameter Gilt Spear, to be exact duplicate of flags presently being used by the Veteran’s Bureau. Flags are to be wrapped in dozens and shipped in corrugated cartons to the individual Counties per the delivery amount, time, and place agreed upon between those Counties and Vendor. Individual Counties may request additional Grave Flags for purchase directly from the Vendor during the contract term hereof at the fixed bid price as each individual County’s need arises.
