Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Services to be broken down into the following three (3) categories:·Basic Services as set forth herein·Collection Services as set forth herein; and·Special Services as set forth herein.Basic Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supervision, and1.all professional services reasonable and necessary as set out in this Scope of WorkSection for the provision of the City's Alarm Program Services. This shall include:a.Issuance of Alarm Permits per applicable law;b.Renewals of Alarm Permits per applicable law;c.Management of the false alarm tracking (or similar process) and billingfor the City of Pittsburgh.d.Issuance of notices relating to False Alarms;e.Issuance of notice relating to fines/penalties as set forth in applicablelaw.f.Comments on any and all proposed revisions to the City's proposedAlarm Ordinance drafts presented for review during the term of the Agreement.Collection Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and2.equipment to perform services reasonable and necessary for the collection of past-due accounts as set out in detail in the scope of work. General collection tasks andwork products of the selected Contractor shall include:a.Not less than once a month, the Contractor shall collect from the Citypast-due accounts referred by the City's Program Administrator. The Cityreserves the right to assign only certain past-due accounts to theContractor, withdraw past-due accounts previously assigned, or re-assign certainpast-due accounts returned by the Contractor as uncollectible for collection.The accounts that the City may not assign (at its discretion) include amountsunder litigation, accounts with partial payment agreements prior to 120 daysdelinquent, accounts undergoing ongoing enforcement, and other specificaccounts as designated by the Program Administrator
