Specifications include, but are not limited to:Successful vendor(s) shall furnish all labor, materials, parts and accessories necessary to maintain the Honeywell Access Control (Model(s) PW5 & PW6) system in an operable condition. Various manufactured parts must be present to complete the Honeywell Access Control system. It is the intention of these specifications that the awarded vendor hereunder furnish the necessary labor, equipment, materials, parts, supervision, tools, transportation and all necessary appurtenances required to maintain, repair, overhaul, or replace the existing controls and systems. The awarded vendor will be required to supply service based on the manufactured components. The Airport Honeywell Access Control system provides personnel and vehicles authorized access to the Philadelphia International Airport’s secure areas, operational areas, and the employee parking lots. The Airport Honeywell Access Control system encompasses various manufactured parts in order to control approximately 400 access locations throughout the Philadelphia International Airport. Trouble shooting and problem diagnosis of this equipment shall be covered by this contract, including all security door control panels to determine panel failure. The successful bidder can anticipate additional Access Control locations to be added during the life of this contract
