Provide a comprehensive after-school and summer recreation program for youth, aged 6-18, from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026. The program must include, at a minimum, the following elements: education and guidance, citizenship and leadership, physical education and health, cultural enrichment, social development and recreation, environmental awareness, and drug / alcohol prevention and awareness training. The provider must develop partnerships with Neighborhood Art House, Dafmark in the John Horan Garden Apartments, Scouting, Multicultural Community Resource Center, the C.O.P.P.S. Program, Community Health Net Dental Clinic, and Edison School, plus area businesses, cultural programs, and colleges in the neighborhoods where the youth programs are offered. 1.2 The provider must have a membership system where parents enroll their children and parents attend an orientation session. 1.3 Provider must institute a yearly membership fee structure for residents, as follows: 1 child: $5.00 2 children: $8.00 3 children: $12.00 4+ children: $15.00
