This project has separate prime contracts for General, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection Construction. Bid each contract on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. This project is for site improvements, building addition, and existing building improvements at Elizabeth Forward High School. Site scope includes excavations and new grading, stormwater improvements, paving, walks, and site utility work including water/sanitary/storm, site electrical work, planting/seeding and field accessories. Synthetic turf work will be considered by bid alternates. Building addition is a 40,846 square foot fully sprinkled two-story classroom/office addition with partial basement. Improvements to the existing building include new windows and exterior doors, new exterior entrance canopies, staining and painting of existing brick, and new ACM metal panels and trim.
