This requirement is for Access Control Personnel (ACP) services at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in Philadelphia, PA in accordance with the Statement of Work.
A single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract shall result from this RFQ. This requirement is being solicited as an 8(a) set-aside under the applicable Small Business Administration (SBA) Requirement No. 0303-23-021423-01.
