• Data Security o Demonstrated use of proven data sanitization methods such as secure wiping or physical destruction of hard drives Hard drives to be secured if not destroyed or wiped within 24 hours of receipt from PGW o Provide certificates of data destruction for each asset • Asset Tracking and Reporting o Detailed tracking of each asset throughout the disposal process o Transparent reports on asset disposition, including where items were sent and how they were recycled • Chain of Custody o Can demonstrate a clear chain of custody to ensure accountability and prevent misuse of PGW assets • Variety of Assets o Proven ability to handle a variety of assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, electronics, batteries, lightbulbs and other types of technology equipment o Provide options for reselling, donating or recycling components
