The successful seller(s) shall either: 2.1.1.1 Repair and recondition hydraulic cylinders, all makes and models, including but not limited to: McNeilus, Commercial Shearing, Heil, Hyco, Leach, Dempster, EZ Pack, Loadmaster, etc., OR 2.1.1.2 Perform the removal and re-installation of repaired, reconditioned hydraulic cylinders in City vehicles and equipment. 2.1.2 All cylinders shall be numerically stamped, painted either white or silver to City’s request, and individually shrink-wrapped prior to delivery. 2.1.3 Services for the repair and recondition portion of this contract to be provided by successful seller shall include but not be limited to: o Complete disassembly. o Cleaning of all cylinder components in a caustic tank o Inspection of all cylinder components, to include measurements to OEM specification. o Fabrication of barrels, rods, barrel ends, rod ends, ears etc. o Complete reassembly of all components including machined components, seals, rings, bushings, glands etc. to a minimum of OEM specification. o Test Cylinder at operating pressure through full stroke against an equal resistant force. o Shipment of cylinders drained of oil with plastic plugs installed at all openings. o Stamp all cylinders with an ID number along with date of repair.
